Sweet Potato Nachos
INGREDIENTS: 1 bag of sweet potato chips, 4 ounces feta cheese, or cheese of choice- divided, 1 cup Roasted Brussel sprout leaves - air fried or roasted Brussel sprout leaves are perfect for this recipe, three b’s jalapeño jam – blueberry, peach, strawberry.
INSTRUCTIONS: Place half of the sweet potato chips on the dish, crumble with cheese, place the other half of the chips on top, crumble with more cheese, and top with Brussels sprout leaves. Drizzle with three b’s jalapeño jam as soon as the pan is removed from the oven. Enjoy.
