Cranberry Jalapeno Jam Salsa atop Cream Cheese

INGREDIENTS: One jar of three b’s cranberry jalapeno jam, two tablespoons sliced green onions, ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro, two tablespoons fresh lime juice, a pinch of salt, one block, 8-ounce cream cheese, softened, and crackers for serving.

 DIRECTIONS: Add green onions, cilantro, fresh lime juice, and salt together in a bowl.  Mix well. Chill for two hours, flavors will develop over time, add three b’s jam, mix well. Spread cream cheese in a serving dish, top with salsa, and serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
