INGREDIENTS: 1 peach, sliced, 1 jalapeno slice, 2 teaspoons three b’s peach jalapeno jam, 1 splash simple syrup, 2-3 dashes orange bitters, and 2 ounces bourbon.

INSTRUCTIONS: Place one peach and a jalapeno slice on a skewer. Mix three b’s peach jalapeno jam, simple syrup, orange bitters, and bourbon in a rocks glass with ice, and give a quick stir. Garnish the glass with the peach and jalapeno skewer.
